Welcome to our Tlingit language page. Tlingit is spoken by the Tlingit people of southeast Alaska and western Canada, and is a member of the Na-Dene language family. Tlingit is a tonal language, with between two and three tones in different dialects. It is an endangered language, with fewer than 140 native speakers.
